My name is Latasha James, club president of Delaware Anime Fans (DAF). I started my club in December 22, 2002. A lot has happened since then and Id like to share some of the knowledge I have learned. Anyone can star t an anime club; all you need is the passion, time and know how. This docu ment will give you the know how, the rest is up to you. I will do my best to leave no stone unturned.
