(Nasdaq:BARE) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of U.K.-based Cosmeceuticals Limited, which distributes Bare Escentuals bareMinerals, md formulations and MD Forte brands to the European cosmetics market. The acquired entity has been renamed Bare Escentuals UK Ltd. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Additionally, the Company announced that Mark Spillman has been appointed as Managing Director of the UK for Bare Escentuals. In this role, Mr. Spillman will be responsible for overseeing Bare Escentuals UK operations including business planning, sales and marketing.
