Content Inside: Instructions to Authors 1. Manuscripts Zoology is devoted to publishing original research in experimental and comparative animal science (see aims and scope of the journal). We publish original research papers and occasionally review articles that are broad enough to generate a significant contribution to the field of animal science. Highly specialized work and descriptive studies are not considered. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via internet through Elsevier Editorial System (EES) which can be accessed at http://ees.elsevier.com/zool. Manuscripts should include: (a) Title page: with full first name, surname, affiliated institution, and address of each author; full address and email address of corresponding author, number of text pages, figures, graphs, and charts, each in a separate line, and 3-5 key words. (b) Abstract: The abstract should ideally be 250 words or less. The abstract should be written in concise and catchy style. Recall that many potential readers will initially see the abstract of your paper
