Content Inside: FACULTY POSITION IN PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY Position Announcement The Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Kansas is seeking to recruit a faculty member at the level of ASSISTANT PROFESSOR to assume responsibilities in the 2007-2008 Academic Year. The Department offers an excellent research and teaching environment broadly focusing on four key areas such as (1) physical pharmacy, including the chemistry of drug degradation and stabilization in solution, polymers, and the solid state, (2) the design and stabilization of protein pharmaceuticals, (3) directed drug delivery and trafficking, and (4) bioanalytical chemistry and proteomics. We are seeking an individual interested in pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis including the development of novel analytical methods or approaches for the study drug delivery, proteomics or drug metabolism.
