Walkthrough Step 1 Left Click the Start button, and then left click on the Control Panel button on the right hand side of the Start Menu. Step 2 Left click on the Security Icon. Step 3 Under the Control Panel Security window that displays, locate the Turn Windows Firewall on or off link, and left click once.
