Read and understand instructions completely before installation. Assemble brackets as shown in Figure 1. With lever towards the tailgate side insert lower hold-down bracket through lower hole on d-pillar. (see Figure 2) Insert upper hold-down bracket in upper hole of d-pillar. (see Figure 3) Tighten bolts until approximately ½ of thread is left. (see Figure 4) Center tabs
