If we receive our copies prior to July 21st, we shall ensure that these books are kept secure and not placed on display, distributed, or leave our secure environment prior to the On-Display Date, except as permitted for distribution to our branch libraries, if any. We acknowledge and agree that this embargo prohibits distribution to our staff for any purpose other than shelf-ready processing of the book. Furthermore, the books shall not be placed on the library shelves before 12:01a.m. on Saturday, July 21st.
