Content Inside: Army Reserve Unit to Tour MCIE Thursday April 26, 2007 from 2:00pm 4:00pm, the Army Reserve unit based out of Olathe, KS will tour MCIE as part of their recurrent safety training. This unit repairs Chinook helicopters and will fly in one of their aircraft during the visit. Approximately, 30 Reserve Pilots and Mechanics will receive a tour of our facility including the Shops and Docks. The tours will be groups of 10 led by volunteers through as many areas as time allows. They will also receive a briefing on AAs various safety programs such as Joint Safety Committee, Accident Prevention Council, Self Audit, 5S, Confined Space Entry, Emergency Response Team and the Joint Process. The unit will arrive by automobile as well as a Chinook helicopter similar to the one pictured below. They plan to land on AAs North ramp and will have aircraft on display for employee viewing during
