In this position, Moretz will oversee the 135 program as well as the 133 and 137 operations. Moretz began his aviation career in Oregon conducting flight instruction, photo flights and agriculture work. He has worked for Silver State Helicopters for the last five years as a certified flight instructor and most recently as a chief certified flight instructor. In addition, he has conducted 135 training, off-road races, banner towing, heli-skiing and Emergency Medical Service (EMS) for Silver State Helicopters. Moretz has been recognized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FFA) as the chief pilot for Silver State Helicopters 135 Certificate and a Designated Pilot Examiner.
