Principal duties: This intellectually stimulating position provides the right candidate with the opportunity to work closely with experienced Knowledge-Based Nursing Initiative project team members to analyze and synthesize evidence into evidence-based practice recommendations for specific phenomena of concern (clinical topics). An example of a phenomenon of concern is "risk for falls in adults in acute care". The Knowledge Developer will use specific protocols to develop actionable, evidence-based recommendations for patient assessment, problem identification, nursing interventions, and nurse-sensitive outcomes for each phenomenon. The Knowledge-Based Nursing Initiative is a leading edge partnership between Aurora Health Care, Cerner Corporation and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee College of Nursing to accelerate and expand the use
