Speech of Mr Gabriel Managing Director of RENAULT PARS Good morning, Ladies and Gentlemen. I am particularly proud to be here today, nearly 2 years after signing the letter of Intent with IDRO to establish Renault Pars, the joint venture company which is the mainspring of cooperation between Renault and the Iranian automobile industry. Renault Pars has officially been in existence since May 31 (8month). The company is owned 51% by Renault and 49% by AIDCO, which brings together IDRO and the automakers Iran Khodro and Saipa. Renault Pars is the means by which the four parties (IK, SAIPA, IDRO and Renault) have chosen to coordinate the production and sale of Logan, for which it holds the licence. Logan complies with the shared goals of Renault and the Iranian government for developing the automobile sector in Iran. Logan
